Because each candle is carefully prepared and shipped, we have a strict policy in place to ensure fairness and clarity. Please read below:
No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns on any candle purchases. All sales are final.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, you must provide clear photo proof of the damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@hautetropics.com
Order Cancellations & Exchanges
Orders may be cancelled or exchanged within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations and exchanges cannot be accommodated as your order will already be in processing.
Final Sale After 24 Hours
Once the 24-hour window has passed, all sales are considered final.
